Keira was born with a missing upper lateral incisor and her other lateral incisor was peg shaped. The peg shaped lateral incisor was extracted.

Upper and lower fixed appliances were fitted and all the spaces were closed.

TREATMENT
Upper and lower fixed appliances were fitted with extraction of 2 lower premolars and the upper left peg shaped lateral incisor. The teeth were straightened, all extraction spaces closed, and underbite corrected.
